We are able to facilitate custom packages for all clients. If you would like to keep several things under your control, no problem! Let us know and we can coordinate to take care of the rest. Owners who typically live in the area of their rental or visit frequently prefer a customized package. Prices vary depending on location, size of property, and services requested.

How am I paid? How do I pay you?
You are paid directly through your
Airbnb platform per booking! The
cohost is paid automatically through Airbnb.
Bookings through vrbo and direct bookings will be billed
separately. Consulting package is billed
directly to the owner.

Is there a startup fee?
We do have a Performance Onboarding fee that is $1500 depending on the amount of setup your property needs. Onboarding ensures the property is aligned with our operational systems and performance standards. This is required prior to management services beginning. This includes:
-Listing & Platform Set up on Airbnb/VRBO
-Photography & Visual set up ($500-$800 value)
-Smart lock & access systems ($300 value)
-Cleaner onboarding
-Inventory & Supply establishment
-Pricing & Calendar setup
-Automation & Guest Experience Setup
-Risk & Compliance Review

Will I have access to edit my listings?
For all packages, you will have complete
access to view your listings as much as
you’d like but we recommend letting us do the editing and heavy lifting.

Do I have control over who does
maintenance?
Anytime there is a maintenance issue that
will cost more than $250, we will contact you
and discuss options. If you are in the area of
your rental, we will also ask if you prefer to
do minor maintenance yourself in order to maximize
your profit. Otherwise, we will contact our preferred contractors in the area. Maintenance will be
charged directly to the owner.
How much are software fees?
Software fees can add up fast! If you are only doing the consulting package, expect to pay about $80 a month in fees. On all other packages, the software fees are paid for by us!

How long are the terms?
If you are unhappy, cancel whenever you'd like. All packages are monthly subscriptions so all you need to do is give us 30 days notice and we will cancel your services. Any future reservations booked by us will require a 5% booking fee at time of termination.
How quickly can I get my property listed?
This all depends on if we are starting from scratch and how big the property is. We take pride in our ability to quickly get a property up and running. If the place is already set up, we can get you going in several days. If you'd like us to design and furnish, times will vary.
